There’s more to sports and events logistics than getting rally cars to the track or amps to the amphitheatre. GAC also lends its muscle to delivering infrastructure development and support for events, including large scale sports venue management, handling delicate broadcast equipment and setting up athletes’ villages. We have the experience and resources to support event organisers, artists and their partners/sponsors, as well as the competing teams and TV, hospitality and merchandising companies.

GAC on tour

When it comes to entertainment events and tours, GAC takes centre stage. We have a proven track record for fast and efficient turnaround for jet setting stars and their equipment on tour. We get involved from the start of the planning phase, offering advice to promoters and production managers on the most cost-efficient mode to transport specialist equipment within the time available. Our dedicated team then follows on every leg of the tour to lead and supervise the process through to the last performance and beyond. Contingency planning is also provided.

GAC’s sports and events clients have included the organisers and suppliers for Formula 1 motor racing in Europe and South America, the World Rallycross Championship, the US Open tennis tournament, World Wrestling Entertainment, the 15th Doha Asian Games, numerous sailing events and tours for Alicia Keys, The Rolling Stones, Beyonce and Cirque de Soleil.
