The Water Safety Day will be conducted from 0800 hours to 1330 hours on 1 May 2024 (Wednesday) at Repulse Bay area. The event will include a sea parade of several vessels, a rescue show and a 3000-meter swimming session with about 1500 participants.
The seaward boundaries of the event area are delineated by a straight line joining the following positions:
(A) the west end of Tau Chau
(B) the southern tip of Middle Island
Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of vessels navigating in the vicinity should proceed with caution and keep well clear of the above area.
