Vessels of LOA between 110m to 185m with a draft of 8.5m will be acceptable at Outer Terminal-II [OT-II at HDC]. Berthing and unberthing will be carried out only during daylight hours…
…In view of recent difficulties faced by pilots due to thick fog, the draft for third dock arrival for night tide will be restricted to 7.2m irrespective of length. This restriction will remain in force up to 15 March.
The barges anchoring at Haldia Reach shall exhibit the anchor lights and in addition deck/accommodation lights during the hours of darkness/restricted visibility. The VHF to be manned and A.I.S. to remain operational at all times. This is applicable for Bangladeshi and bunker barges.
