Updated terminal information

ATT Tanjung Bin SDN BHD terminal has issued a new Terminal Regulations and Information booklet for 2025 with updated information for:
- Bitumen facility (MLA)
- Addition of the Terminal limitation table with the new/converted lines (MGO, nap, etc)
- Inclusion of UAB as pre-arrival questionnaire procedure
- H2S precautions as per the contract
