All Saudi ports are operating normally, however, vessel activities are limited to domestic port calls at Eastern Province ports.
Dammam and Riyadh airports are fully operational, international flights may experience delays or cancellations depending on airline schedules and potential airspace restrictions.
Bahrain and UAE borders remain active for land freight movements

SAUDI ARABIA:
All Red Sea ports are operating normally under ISPS Security Level 1 with no restrictions issued by MAWANI.
Eastern Region ports are experiencing major disruptions due to adverse weather and security-related constraints:
- Dammam operations are suspended
- Jubail & Ras Al Khair are closed
- Ras Tanura/Juaymah & Khafji remain operational for domestic calls only, with intermittent loading disruptions.
Vessel movements across the Eastern Province are suspended.
Airports
Dammam is operating on a limited basis with all international and freighter flights cancelled.
Jeddah & Riyadh remain fully operational.
Salalah, OMAN: Operations resumed at Container Terminal and General Cargo Terminal
Container Terminal (CT) operations continue to function normally.
General Cargo Terminal (GCT) operations have now resumed.
Vessel berth and operational priority at GCT will be assigned based on necessity and operational
requirements.

Fujairah, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES - GPS spoofing & jamming
Intermittent GPS signal spoofing and jamming has been reported in the vicinity Fujairah offshore areas. These disruptions may result in loss of position accuracy, erratic vessel movements on ECDIS, or false positional information.

o Incorrect ECDIS positioning
o Autopilot deviations
o Loss of timing synchronization for onboard systems
o AIS positional anomalies

Fujairah, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES:
Authorities in Fujairah responded to a fire that broke out this morning in the Fujairah Oil Industry Zone as a result of falling debris from the interception of a drone. According to a statement from the Government of Fujairah Media Office, no injuries were reported and the fire was brought under control.
KUWAIT:
Commercial Ports
Shuwaikh Port continues to operate under normal conditions. Maritime traffic is uninterrupted and is being conducted in accordance with Security Level 2 protocols. Berths No.12 & 13 are functioning normally for container vessels.
Shuaiba is functioning as normal. Port operations are being conducted in accordance with Security Level 2 protocols. Berths No.15, 16, 17 & 18 are functioning normally for container vessels.
Oil Terminals
Major crude and product terminals are all operational with ongoing marine traffic.
Airport
Kuwait International Airport is now providing clearance services for shipments that have already arrived.
IRAQ:
Commercial Ports
Umm Qasr and Khor Al Zubair remain fully operational. Maritime traffic proceeding normally without any reported disruptions. Berths No 11, 13, 14, 20, 25, 26 & 27 at Umm Qasr are functioning normally for container vessels.
Oil Terminals
Basrah Oil Terminal (BOT) is fully operational with no reported disruptions to crude loading or marine movements. The terminal continues to accommodate tankers across its platforms, and all berths / SPMs are functioning.

KUWAIT:
Shuwaikh and Shuaiba are operational, and shipments that have already arrived at the ports can be cleared normally without issues. The operational status of the ports may change daily.
Land borders remain operational, and customs clearance at land border crossings is proceeding as usual.
Kuwait International Airport has suspended all operations until further notice.

Berthing/unberthing at ports in Bahrain is being managed case by
case, with limited ship movements being conducted at terminals.
Cargo operations at Khalifa Bin Salman Port
(APM Terminal) are suspended until further notice.
IRAQ (Basrah Oil Terminal / Khor Al Zubair / Umm Qasr):
Operations are normal. Basrah Oil Terminal is fully operational with no reported disruptions to crude loading or marine movements and all SPMs functioning.
KUWAIT (Mina Al Ahmadi / Mina Abdulla / Mina Al Zour):
Operations are normal. The Security Level of Mina Al Ahmadi & Mina Al Zour Ports has been raised to Level 2.
OMAN:
Mina Al Fahal - Operations are normal.
Duqm/Salalah - Operations are normal at Duqm. At Salalah, operations at the General Cargo Terminal and the Liquid Terminal are suspended until further notice.
Sohar - Normal operations at port and anchorage. All services are continuing until further instructions.
QATAR:
Ras Laffan - Operations are normal and no official circular received.
Mesaieed - Operations are normal and no official circular received.
Hallul / Al Shaheen - Operations are normal at Halul. Al Shaheen expected to berth tomorrow.
SAUDI ARABIA (Dammam / Al Jubail / Ras Tanura / Jeddah / Rabigh / Gizan / Yanbu):
Ras Tanura is temporarily closed. All other Saudi ports are operating normally.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES:
Dubai / Fujairah/ Khorfakkan / Kalba / Dibba – Ports currently operational.
Sharjah - Operations are ongoing smoothly.
YEMEN (Aden / Hodeidah):
Operations are normal.

Ras Al Khaimah, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES:
RAK Ports has advised that following formal directives from UAE Federal Security Services, Iranian-registered vessels and barges/cargo originating from Iran are not accepted for operations at any RAK Ports facilities, nor permitted to anchor within UAE or Ras Al Khaimah territorial waters.
All RAK Ports facilities are currently operating normally and without disruption, with no impact on vessel movements, cargo handling or marine services.
Port Facility Security Level remains unchanged and no additional access restrictions or security measures have been implemented.
All port users are urged to remain vigilant and continue full compliance with existing ISPS, safety, and security procedures. They should also:

The Port of Salalah announced the resumption of operations at the Container Terminal at 08:00 hours local time yesterday (1 March).

Mesaieed - Operations are normal and no official circular received. Hallul / Al Shaheen - Operations are normal and no official circular received.
SAUDI ARABIA (Al Jubail / Ras Tanura / Jeddah / Rabigh / Gizan / Yanbu):
Saudi ports remain under normal operations. No notice of suspension has been received from the terminals to date.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES:
Dubai - Dubai / Jebel Ali Jebel Ali port has suspended all operations and are not berthing any vessel now for cargo operation, until further notice.
Fujairah / Khorfakkan / Kalba / Dibba - Ports remain operational. No official statements or port notices received.

OMAN:
Duqm – The commercial port of Duqm was targeted by two unmanned aerial vehicles. One of the drones struck a mobile workers' housing unit, injuring an expatriate worker, while the debris of the second drone landed in an area adjacent to fuel storage tanks, with no resultant loss of life or material damage.
The Sultanate of Oman is undertaking all necessary measures to address any actions that may impinge upon the safety of the nation and those residing within it.

Khasab - The Maritime Security Center has announced that an oil tanker was subjected to an attack approximately 5NM north of the port of Khasab. The entire crew of 20 individuals has been safely evacuated.

QATAR:
The Qatari Ministry of Transport is urging all shipping lines and freight forwarding agents to continue their operations. Shipping, discharge and delivery operations at the State’s ports are to proceed as normal.
Ras Laffan: Operating with limited operations for Immigration.
Qatar Energy have advised that Ras Laffan Port is experiencing significant GPS signal degradation, which may impact the accuracy of vessel navigation and onboard positioning systems. Vessels should:
- navigate with extreme caution
- cross‑check positional data using alternative systems (RADAR, visual bearings, etc)
- maintain safe speed / distances, particularly in congested areas and during maneuvers
- Immediately report any irregularities or safety concerns to Ras Laffan VTS/PCT.
- Maintain high level of situational awareness and strictly adhere to safe operating procedures.
Mesaieed / Halul / Al Shaheen / Hamad: Ports currently operating.

Ras Al Khaimah, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES:
RAK Ports has issued an update confirming that operations across all its port facilities are continuing normally and without disruption.
The RAK Ports Executive and Operational management teams are in close and continuous coordination with the UAE authorities, including NCEMA, and are actively monitoring the situation.
In line with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) code, RAK Ports is reviewing its security requirements, arrangements, and port facility security levels to ensure that all measures remain appropriate, effective, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
At this time, there is no change to the declared port facility security level, and no additional security measures or access restrictions are required beyond those currently in force.
Should any amendments to security levels, procedures, or operational arrangements become necessary, they will be implemented in accordance with applicable regulations and communicated promptly through official channels.
All port users are requested to maintain vigilance and continue to comply with existing security and safety procedures.
