Typhoon Ulysses

At 3:00am local time today [12 November], the center of the eye of Typhoon "ULYSSES" was in the vicinity of Santa Lucia, San Miguel, Bulacan (15.2°N, 121.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 255 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 25 km/h.

According to the 24-hour public weather forecast issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) at: 4:00am today, flash floods or landslides due to heavy to at times intense rains may affect Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Camarines Provinces, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Isabela, Marinduque, the rest of Bicol Region, Mindoro Provinces, Romblon, Abra, and Kalinga. There may be moderate to heavy damage to structures and vegetation due to strong winds.
