The strike by Boluda tugboat officers at Nantes/Saint-Nazaire, which started on 17 October, continues. However, since the weekly crew change yesterday morning, one tugboat (whose crew are not striking) is operational.
Further, this morning (23 October), the Prefect of the Loire-Atlantique Department has issued a 24 hours requisition (from 09:00 this morning) of an extra two tugboats to evacuate some ships which have completed their operations at Donges and Montoir and take some more ships in.
