Tropical Storm Fred is currently making its way across the Dominican Republic. It's expected to travel up the west coast of Florida before making landfall on Monday in the US. The storm is not expected to reach hurricane force but could cause delays in the eastern Gulf of Mexico. Tampa has issued Condition Whiskey.
