Port Kembla Gateway, the private operator of Port Kembla’s Berths 202 & 203, will apply an increase of 7.8% to all terminal charges from 1 July, as follows:
Site/Berth Occupation:
AUD2,780 per 8hr period and or pro-rata (surcharge AUD24/hr on public holidays)
Lay-up:
AUD4,200 per day (surcharge AUD24/hr on public holidays)
Wharfage:
AUD3.90/ revenue ton for non-containerised cargo, AUD3,900 min charge, AUD3.05/tonne for coal tar pipeline
Water to vessel:
AUD350 fee plus AUD3.75/KL
Mobile crane charge:
AUD1670/day for use of a mobile crane on the jetty
