Terminal charge increased

The terminal charge at the Ras Lanuf Oil & Gas Processing Co (Rasco) commercial terminal has been increased by 5%, effective from 1 January 2025, as follows:

Vessel Dead Weight: Less than 1000 tons
Fees amount: L.D 12,286.111

Vessel Dead Weight: 1001-2000 tons
Fees amount: L.D 14,626.314

Vessel Dead Weight: 2001-3000 tons
Fees amount: L.D 16,381.467

Vessel Dead Weight: 3001-4000 tons
Fees amount: L.D 20,476.836

Vessel Dead Weight: 4001-7000 tons
Fees amount: L.D 24,572.199

Vessel Dead Weight: 7001-10000 tons
Fees amount: L.D 28,667.565

Vessel Dead Weight: 10001-15000 tons
Fees amount: L.D 36,858.293

Vessel Dead Weight: 15001-20000 tons
Fees amount: L.D 49,144.390

Vessel Dead Weight: 20001-30000 tons
Fees amount: L.D 61,430.486

Fees for ships and tankers with load exceeding 30000 tons are collected at the rate of 1.300 dirham for each excess ton

Charges of shipping and safety works for oil derivatives tankers are added, at the rate of 1,404.135 dinars per each shipping day or part thereof.

Fees for ships coming to ship or unload public goods are calculated on basis of the net tonnage.

Fees for tankers coming to ship or unload oil derivatives are calculated on basis of the design tonnage (DWT).

Fees for marine services are reduced by 50% for national tankers and ships.
