Temporary unloading facility at Pillar Point, Tuen Mun

A temporary unloading facility has been established at Pillar Point, Tuen Mun. The temporary unloading facility will be operated for a period of approximately three months.

A cargo vessel will berth at the facility within the operation area bounded by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (D) and the adjacent shoreline for unloading operation:
(A) 22° 21.635’N / 113° 57.063’E
(B) 22° 21.649’N / 113° 57.087’E
(C) 22° 21.609’N / 113° 57.115’E
(D) 22° 21.595’N / 113° 57.090’E

The hours of operation will be round-the-clock. No operation will be carried out on Sundays and public holidays. Vessel engaged in the operation will display signals as prescribed in international and local regulations.
