The temporary suspension of flights to/from the Russian domestic airports of Anapa, Belgorod, Bryansk, Elista, Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kursk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol, Stavropol and Voronezh has been further extended to 26 March.

Meanwhile, the Russian Black Sea ports of Tuapse, Novorossiysk, Taman and Port Kavkaz remain at Security Level 2, and are open and working in normal mode.

Navigation in the north-western part of the Black Sea, north of parallel 45-21, is prohibited until further notice. Kerch strait transit is suspended. Crimean ports and the Azov Sea are closed for navigation.

Any vessel with Ukrainian nationality crew onboard is prohibited from berthing direct at Novorossiysk CPC terminal without formalities. Instead, the vessel must perform inward clearance first, including immigrations interrogating Ukrainian persons onboard. There are no bans imposed on vessels or restrictions on vessel movements at the port of Novorossiysk.
