Strike action round-up

There will be a 4-hour strike by dockers/crane drivers at the ports of Nantes and Montoir tomorrow (7 December). The stoppage will be 1000-1200 hours and 1400-1600 hours at Nantes. At Montoir, it will be from 1200 to 1600 hours. No overtime or exceptional shifts are being worked at Nantes/Montoir.

At Saint-Nazaire, lock keepers will stop work between 1100 and 1500 hours.

Port staff used for gangways installation will go on strike from 1400 to 1500 hour on 7 December, and from 0300 to 0500 hours on 8 December.

The Elengy terminal will not be affected.

Further strikes are planned for the coming weeks include a 24-hour stoppage by dockers/crane drivers starting at 0600 on 14 December, and a four-hour strike on 21 December.
