Soil investigations works and surveys are underway until 23 April in West Jurong Channel, Temasek Fairway and specific points inside the west bound lane of the Traffic Separation Scheme (TSS).
According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No.14 of 2025, the work is being conducted daily during daylight hours - including Sundays & Public Holidays - within the working area bounded by the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):

The soil sampling works and surveys are being carried out along the specified areas in this notice.
The safety zone within a circular area of 20 meters, radius centered from the work boat must be observed. A safety boat is deployed to warn other craft in the vicinity to keep clear of the working area.
Craft involved in the works] exhibit the appropriate local and international day and night signals.
When in the vicinity of the working area, mariners are reminded to:
a) Keep well clear and not to enter the working area;
b) Maintain a proper lookout;
c) Proceed at a safe speed and navigate with caution;
d) Maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 22 and 68 (Jurong Control, West Control Respectively); and Communicate with West Control for assistance, if required.
