Until 17 March 2025, soil investigation and survey works are being conducted at Cruise Bay, within the working area bounded by the following co-ordinates:

2 01°15·548' 103°49·359'
3 01°15·548' 103°49·399'
According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No.104 of 2024, the working hours are 24 hours daily including Sundays and Public Holidays.
No craft will be deployed for the works. Works will be carried out from the landside only.
Soil investigation works will be carried out beneath the portion of the existing boardwalk. Drilling rigs will access the seabed via opening made along the boardwalk.
When in the vicinity of the working area, mariners are reminded to:
a) Keep well clear and not to enter the working area;
b) Maintain a proper lookout;
c) Proceed at a safe speed and navigate with caution;
d) Maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 05 (Cruise Bay Control);
and
e) Communicate with Cruise Bay Control VHF Channel 05 for assistance, if required.
