The Port Master at Port Louis has advised that ship-to-ship (STS) operations for bunkering and replenishment outside the harbour is allowed, with immediate effect, with a cut off time of 21h00.
Request to conduct such operation beyond daylight hours made to Mauritius Ports Authority prior to starting the STS operation and with a firm commitment to stop the operation at 21h00.
The below timing should be allowed for Inward & Bunkering formalities:
- 72 hours for pre-arrival formalities and Inward clearance
- 48 hours for bunkering formalities
