Sea Parade

A sea parade comprising two tugs and two barges will take place in the Victoria Harbour on 1 July 2020 (Wednesday) to celebrate the 23rd Anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The parade will start at about 1300 hours from Yau Ma Tei Anchorage following an eastbound route along the Central Fairway, Hung Hom Fairway and Eastern Fairway to the waters off North Point, and then turn westbound along the above fairways to Southern Fairway, and will repeat the same route before disperse at about 1800 hours at Yau Ma Tei Anchorage.

Marine Department and Marine Police patrol launches will be deployed to regulate marine traffic during the passage of the sea parade.

Vessels navigating in the vicinity should proceed with caution and give a wide berth to the parade fleet and comply with any directions given by the Marine Department and Marine Police patrol launches.
