The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) will carry out scheduled maintenance of the ICA CREW system from 23:00 hours on 26 February (Thursday) to 07:00 hours on 27 February (Friday).
During the maintenance period, ICA e-services in digitalPORT@SGTM will not be available. Shipping agents/ ferry operators are advised not to submit any ICA applications during this period as the applications will not be processed.
For urgent application (e.g., arrival, departure, sign-on, sign-off) during the maintenance period, shipping agents can access the CREW FormSG via https://go.gov.sg/vesselandcre....
Shipping agents can also contact ICA PCS at [email protected] for further clarifications. Alternatively, for manual applications (e.g. arrival, departure, sign-on, sign-off), shipping agents can duly complete and submit the application form via the link provided in digitalPORT@SGTM Maintenance Notice during the maintenance period.
