Tupras Petrol Rafinerileri A.S. have verbally advised that they have started a sampling and analysis procedure for crude oil cargo to be discharged at their terminals.
In this case, even if terminal's berths are suitable, the appointed agent of the vessel will arrange the vessel’s customs arrival clearance first on her arrival and, upon completion of the sample and analysis procedure, vessels can berth based on sample results.
