A rowing event between Hong Kong and Shekou will take place on 1 July 2024 (Monday) and 2 July 2024 (Tuesday). About 18 rowing boats and 5 supporting boats are expected to participate in the event.
The event will start in the vicinity off Kellett Island at 1230 hours on 1 July 2024.
Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of all vessels navigating in the vicinity should proceed with caution, giving practical consideration to the participants. Compliance with the provisions of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972 is mandatory.
