Restricted Area off Central and Western District Promenade

A Restricted Area [is] established between 1200 hours on 2 January 2024 to 1800 hours on 30 June 2024, in Victoria Harbour off Central and Western District Promenade to facilitate the holding of the Art@Harbour 2024. Seventy-four ovoid shape floating artworks will be displayed inside the Restricted Area during the period mentioned above.

The Restricted Area is formed by straight lines joining the following co[1]ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (D) and the adjacent shoreline:
(A) 22〫17.004’N / 114〫09.964’E
(B) 22〫17.070’N / 114〫09.992’E
(C) 22〫17.063’N / 114〫10.030’E
(D) 22〫16.996’N / 114〫10.018’E

During the aforementioned period, no vessels, other than Government launches or vessels engaged in the said event, will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area. All vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area.
