Abu Dhabi Ports Group has advised that access to Khalifa Port will be restricted tomorrow (Monday 12 December), as follows:
KHALIFA PORT SOUTH QUAY
All operations will be suspended for Khalifa Port South Quay from 07:00 to 18:00 on 12 December. During this period no incoming, outgoing vehicles either cargo trailers and or passenger vehicles will be permitted to enter this area.
CHANNEL MOVEMENTS
All vessel movements both inward and or outward will be suspended for all vessel types from 07:00 to 18:00 on 12 December. This suspension applies to all terminals within Khalifa Port.
KHALIFA PORT GATE 1
Furthermore, from 13:00 to 18:00 on 12 December, all cargo related movement will be suspended at Gate 1, this applies to all breakbulk and or container transportation whether laden or empty.
During this period all trailers can park adjacent to building number 5, truck allocated parking area and or in the ADNOC truck plaza located in KEZAD.
All commercial passenger vehicles will be permitted as usual to enter and or exit Gate 1 during this period, except for Khalifa Port South Quay access.
