Repair works at Pulau Ubin Jetty

Repair works are being carried out at Pulau Ubin Jetty until 10 August.

According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No.44 of 2025, the works are being carried out 24 hours daily - including Sundays and Public Holidays - within the working area bounded by the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
1) 01 deg. 24.096’N / 103 deg. 58.196’E
2) 01 deg. 24.137’N / 103 deg. 58.226’E
3) 01 deg. 24.100’N / 103 deg. 58.271’E
4) 01 deg. 24.062’N / 103 deg. 58.241’E

Replacement and installation of damaged jetty fenders are being carried out using barges and assisted by tugboats.

A safety boat is deployed to warn other craft in the vicinity of the working area.

Craft involved in the works exhibit the appropriate local and international day and night signals.

When in the vicinity of the working area, mariners are reminded to:
a) Keep well clear and not to enter the working area;
b) Maintain a proper lookout;
c) Proceed at a safe speed and navigate with caution;
d) Maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 21 (Sembawang Control); and Communicate with Sembawang Control for assistance, if required.
