The Suez Canal Authority has announced the renewal of LNG/C & LPG/C fixed rebates for 2024 and extended validity until 30 June 2024 for following LNG/C & LPG/C tankers.
The respective amended Circulars are:
Periodical of circular (7/2017) dated 13 December 2023
Concerning LNG tankers (laden/ballast) operating between ports on the East Coast of the Americas & the US Gulf and Asian ports shall remain in force for LNG Tankers transiting the Suez Canal from 1 January 2024 until 30 June 2024.
Periodical of circular (4/2020) dated 13 December 2023
Concerning Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) carriers (laden or ballast) operating between the East Coast of the Americas & the US Gulf and India & its eastern ports, shall remain in force until 30 June 2024 (the last permissible sailing date from origin port is 30 June 2024).
