Relocation of jetty at Maritime Square

From 16 September 2024 to 16 March 2025, work will be carried out to relocate a jetty at Maritime Square.

According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marrie Notice No.80 of 2024 dated 16 September 2024, the work will be conducted 24 hours daily - including Sundays and public holidays - off Harbourfront Centre, within the working area bounded by the pier and the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):

Relocation of existing ferry piers and underpinning works in the working areas will be carried out using work barges assisted by tugboats. All barges in the working area will require a safe working zone of 30 meters radius centered at the barge.

A safety boat will be in attendance at all times to warn and direct craft in the vicinity to keep clear of working area.

Craft involved I the works will exhibit the appropriate local and international day and night signals.

When in the vicinity of the working area, mariners are reminded to:
1) Keep well clear and not to enter the working area;
2) Maintain a proper lookout;
3) Proceed at a safe speed and navigate with caution;
4) Maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 05 (Cruise Bay Control);
and
5) Communicate with VHF Channel 05 (Cruise Bay Control) for assistance if required.
