One hour and thirty minutes is to be considered the standard time for vessels’ final readiness time – subject to Master’s Notice of readiness, whichever is later – after cargo completion at Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port.
As advised in the Port’s Marine Operations Division Trade Circular dated 9 April, in case of wrong declaration by the Master, penal berth hire equal to berth hire charges of one day will be applicable.
