Prescribed waste reception fee

The Philippines Ports Authority has approved the following Waste Reception Fee at all PPA ports, to be effective from 26 February 2020:

DOMESTIC VESSELS

Bancas with capacity less than 15 passengers: Exempted

Passenger/cargo vessel with more than 15 passengers capacity and up to 6 GT
- Fixed Fee (covers collection of 1.0 cm or less of garbage): Php 500.00/call
- Additional fee for excess garbage: Php 500.00/cm
- Additional fee for oily waste and NLS: Php 6,500.00/cm

Passenger/cargo vessel above 6 GT but not exceeding 400 GT
- Fixed Fee (covers collection of 1.0 cm or less of garbage): Php 750.00/call
- Additional fee for excess garbage: Php 750.00/cm
- Additional fee for oily waste and NLS: Php 6,500.00/cm

Passenger/cargo vessel above 400 GT but not exceeding 1000 GT
- Fixed Fee (covers collection of 1.0 cm or less of garbage): Php 1,000.00/call
- Additional fee for excess garbage: Php 1,000.00/cm
- Additional fee for oily waste and NLS: Php 6,500.00/cm

Passenger/cargo vessel exceeding 1000GT
- Fixed Fee (covers collection of 1.0 cm or less of garbage): Php 2,000.00/call
- Additional fee for excess garbage: Php 1,800.00/cm
- Additional fee for oily waste and NLS: Php 6,500.00/cm

FOREIGN

Vessels below 1000 GT
- Fixed Fee (covers collection of 1.0 cm or less of garbage): Php 10,000.00/call
- Additional fee for excess garbage: Php 10,000.00/cm
- Additional fee for oily waste and NLS: Php 20,000.00/cm

Vessels above 1000 GT
- Fixed Fee (covers collection of 1.0 cm or less of garbage): Php 15,000.00/call
- Additional fee for excess garbage: Php 15,000.00/cm
- Additional fee for oily waste and NLS: Php 20,000.00/cm
