26 Mar 2025 / Saint-Nazaire/Montoir/Nantes, France

The CGT union has advised that unless it receives a reply from the government by 31 March, dockers who are members of the union will proceed with the following industrial action:
- 72 hours of strike 2- 4 April
- possible “ports block” on 2 April
- cancellation of extra hours and overtime shifts from 1 April
- 48 hours of strikes in the coming weeks, to be confirmed on Thursday preceding each week of the dates chosen by the union

At this stage, there is no information concerning possible action by port staff.

LNG and tankers vessels could be affected when port is fully blocked and for gangways installation/removal.
