An LNG terminal will be commissioned in Mundra Port in January 2020. Below port tariff and particulars for the LNG terminal are effective 1 January 2020.
Port Tariff
Port Dues - USD 0.0516 per GT
Pilotage - USD 1.047 per GT
Berth hire - USD 0.2087 per GT per day
Waterfront Royalty - INR 179.16 per Metric Ton
Anchorage - USD 0.0341 per GT per day
VTMS (paid directly to Gujarat Maritime Board) - INR 6.6 per GT
Particulars of LNG Terminal
Maximum permissible draught - Minimum depth maintained 14.5 meters
Any berthing restriction (day/night berthing) – Only daylight berthing. Unberthing anytime.
Weather criteria for the berth - Maximum wind speed for berthing: 25 knots, Stop Cargo and disconnect loading arm at 30 knots of wind speed, Cast off from berth at 35 knots of wind speed.
Availability of tugs and mooring crafts together with any terminal requirement of usage - Four tugs for berthing / unberthing activity. Port will have final discretion on the number of tugs deployed for same. Mooring boats are not required. FIFI tugs are available.
Details of any shore moorings that will be provided - Moorings will 4 + 3 + 2 forward and aft for Q-Max LNG carriers in accordance with mooring studies and OCIMF guidelines. For smaller LNG carriers, number of headlines and stern lines may be reduced.
Side along side - Any side depending on the tide
Number and size of MLA connection and manifold - 3 X 16" dia. Marine Loading / Unloading Liquid arms with QCDC and ESDS, 1 Vapor Line 1 X 16” dia.
Specification of end flange of MLA - 150 LB QCDC # standard of 16” dia.
Storage Tank capacity/Location/Distance from berth - 2 x 1,60,000 cbm / On Shore (Full Containment Type) / 1.3 Km from berth
Number and size of the dock pipe line - 3 X 20" dia. Liquid, 1 X 20” Vapor Insulated dock line
Discharge Rate - Maximum discharge rate shall be 15000 m3/ hr with 120 meter (g) ship pump discharge pressure at LNG ship manifold
Cargo temperature to be maintained by vessel - LNG: (-) 162 Degree Celsius
Cargo grades and discharge plan and sequence of discharge - As per Ship / Shore Plan
For jetty berths, arrangement of gangway landing space or availability of terminal access equipment - Shore has telescopic accommodation ladder for the vessel to be placed at safe desired location as mutually agreed.
Advance information on proposed cargo specification, handling operations - Ship / Shore to exchange MSDS
Advice on environmental and load restrictions applicable to berth - Maximum allowable displacement: 1,80,000 Metric tons. Maximum allowable LOA: 355 meters. Maximum Allowable Beam: 60 meters.
Security level in effect within the port - Marsec Level 1.
