Port Status Whiskey set for Tropical Storm Cristobal

Due to the possibility of gale force winds (39-73 mph) associated with Tropical Storm Cristobal entering Sector Mobile’s area of responsibility within 72 hours, the Captain of the Port (COTP) has ordered Port Status WHISKEY for the ports of Pensacola, Mobile, Pascagoula and Gulfport and the GICWW west of MM 205.

Current port and waterway status:
a. GICWW west of MM 205 - WHISKEY
b. GICWW east of MM 205 – NORMAL
c. Port of Panama City – NORMAL
d. Port of Pensacola – WHISKEY
e. Port of Mobile – WHISKEY
f. Port of Pascagoula – WHISKEY
g. Port of Gulfport – WHISKEY…
