The status of Buckeye Bahamas Hub was downgraded from Open to Restricted at 14:00 hours local time yesterday (17 December).
The current weather advisory indicates an elevated risk of waterspouts and strong thunderstorms in the region, attributed to troughing patterns that will persist until Thursday, leading to adverse marine conditions.
A cold front is anticipated to approach the northern islands on Friday, followed by another front over the weekend.
