All navigation in the north-western part of the Black Sea, north of parallel 45-21 is prohibited until further notice.

Ships wishing to leave the closed area and ports by 1600 hours local time today (24 February) should follow the recommended routes Nos.44 & 60 in a strip of sea not more than 4 miles wide.

The ports of Tuapse, Taman and Novorossiysk ports are working in normal mode.

Inward/outward formalities at the port of Kavkaz STS area are temporary suspended.

All Crimean ports are closed for navigation.

The Azov Sea is fully closed for navigation till further notice.

Meanwhile, flights to/from the twelve airports in southern Russia are temporarily restricted from today until 2 March. The work has been temporarily suspended for the following airports: Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Sochi, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Stavropol, Elista, Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh and Simferopol.
