Brazos Pilots Association have released their new Basic Operating Procedures, which come into effect today (1 April).
Highlights of the news procedures include vessel dimension updates which eliminate many of the previously required ‘oversized waivers’ or ‘night transit waivers’, and updating availability of inbound/outbound time transits for LNG vessels.
2 pilot requirements are still in force but pre-approval has been removed for many locations.
