PCR test & quarantine requirement

02 Feb 2021 / Turkey

Flights from the United Kingdom, South Africas, Denmark and Brazil – considered ‘risky’ countries due to the new coronavirus variant – have been suspended. Anyone entering Turkey who is coming from or has been in these countries in the last ten days must hold a negative PCR test result taken no more than 72 hours before boarding the flight.

Even if PCR test is negative, these people will be quarantined for ten days in Turkey in locations determined by governorship. After 10 days in quarantine, a PCR test will be taken and it the result is negative, the passenger will be released.
