With reference to Circular: AKPL/Marine/08/2023-24 dated 08-12-2023, Circular: AKPL/Marine/09/2023-24 dated 19-12-2023 and Circular: AKPL/Marine/10/2023-24 dated 23-12-2023.
With reference and continuation to the force majeure circulars cited in above, Adani Krishnapatnam Port Limited (AKPL) have partially resumed the port operations at Adani Krishnapatnam Port, subject to the permissible working conditions, as to be determined by the AKPL team from time to time. Consequently, AKPL have declared that all the vessels drawing maximum arrival/ sailing draft up to 15.00 meters will be handled at Adani Krishnapatnam Port from 27-12-2023 12:00 Hrs 1ST, subject to the vessels complying to AKPL Marine department clearances. The force majeure period will continue to exist for all other vessels, except the vessels within the aforementioned parameters, until further notice.
