With reference and continuation to the force majeure circulars Circular: AKPL/Marine/08/2023-24 dated 08-12-2023 and Circular: AKPL/Marine/09/2023-24 dated 19-12-2023:
Adani Krishnapatnam Port Limited (AKPL) has partially resumed port operations at Adani Krishnapatnam Port, subject to the permissible working conditions, as determined by AKPL team from time to time. Consequently, AKPL hereby declares that all the vessels with maximum arrival/ sailing draft up to 13.50 meters, LOA up to 255 meters, beam up to 43 meters, will be handled at Adani Krishnapatnam Port from 22 December 2023 18.00 Hrs IST, subject to the vessels complying to AKPL Marine department clearances. The force majeure period will continue to exist hereinafter for all other vessels, except the vessels within the aforementioned parameters, until further notice.
