Notice of wrecks

Pursuant to section 155 of the Merchant Shipping Act (Chapter 179), I, Kevin Wong Kar Weng, Receiver of Wreck for the Republic of Singapore, hereby give notice that I have taken possession of two wrecks and their contents comprising broken pieces of metal and ceramics which lie or previously lay in Singapore Territorial Waters within the areas bounded by the following coordinates:

Wreck 1:
Latitude 1 deg. 19.90’ N, Longitude 104 deg. 24.27’ E;
Latitude 1 deg. 19.90’ N, Longitude 104 deg. 24.33’ E;
Latitude 1 deg. 19.82’ N, Longitude 104 deg. 24.33’ E; and
Latitude 1 deg. 19.82’ N, Longitude 104 deg. 24.27’ E;

Wreck 2:
Latitude 1 deg. 19.87’ N, Longitude 104 deg. 24.50’ E;
Latitude 1 deg. 19.87’ N, Longitude 104 deg. 24.58’ E;
Latitude 1 deg. 19.78’ N, Longitude 104 deg. 24.58’ E; and
Latitude 1 deg. 19.78’ N, Longitude 104 deg. 24.50’ E.

Any person who wishes to pursue a claim to the said wrecks or their contents must submit a written notice, setting out the particulars, and basis of the claim, addressed to the Receiver of Wreck, within one (1) month from the date of this Notice.
