As part of Ras Laffan Port’s continuous improvement plan, a new fillable form of Berthing Request for Offshore Support Vessel has been released to replace the old Pre Arrival Questionnaire application.
In addition to the form title, minor changes have been made to reflect the port stay as well as the arrival and departure displacement of each vessel.
Ras Laffan Port accredited agents are to provide the new form to all vessels registered under them. Port Acceptance Reference number shall be included mandatorily.
Implementation of the new berthing request format will commence effective from June 18, 2020.
