To standardize the layup berth hire clauses across all the Adani ports, including Adani Krishnapatnam Port Ltd, we had revised below clauses as per below:
Berth used for other than cargo operation
- Tariff: Two times berth hire charges are applicable in addition to the berth hire.
- For vessels calling at Krishnapatnam Port only for miscellaneous services like bunkers, repairs, crew change and other documents formalities and not for cargo operations, and vessel requiring to berth.
For vessels calling Krishnapatnam Port for Port of Refuge
- Tariff: Two times berth hire charges are applicable in addition to the berth hire.
- Vessel calling Port as Port of refuge.
- Minimum charges $ 3500 per day applicable
For Salvage vessels
- Tariff: Five times berth hire charges are applicable.
- Salvage vessel seeking berth, vessel utilize berth for salvage operations.
- Minimum charges $6000 per day applicable.
- This is inclusive of normal berth hire.
The above changes are effective immediately.
