The minimum water depth of the inner channels of Jebel Dhanna Ruwais Port has been modified.
In determining their maximum draft while maintaining the minimum required under keel clearance, as per the Petroleum Ports Regulations, Masters of deep draft vessels, entering or leaving Jebel Dhanna Ruwais Port, particularly loaded vessels, must pay due regard to the water depth limitation within the outer navigating routes between Zaqqum TSS and Gasha anchorage.
Vessels drawing draft of more than 16 meters, both arriving and departing Jebel Dhanna Ruwais Port, shall submit their UKC/Draft Calculations to the Harbor Master’s office prior to transiting.
