Qatar has announced it will stop all inbound flights to Doha for two weeks from the evening of Wednesday (18 March). Cargo and transit flights are exempted, as are incoming Qatari nationals who are outside the country.
Other precautionary measures to combat the spread of COVID-19, public transport (including Karwa public buses and Metrolink buses) ceased operating at 2200 hours yesterday (15 March) until further notice.
