The working period for improvement works on Bayshore Park outlet drain has been extended. The works will now be conducted from 15 August 2021 to 14 February 2022.
As stated in the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No.054 of 2021, the works will be carried out Monday to Saturday 0800-1900 hours local time, within the working area bounded by the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
1. 01⁰ 18.428’N / 103⁰ 56.315’E
2. 01⁰ 18.404’N / 103⁰ 56.324’E
3. 01⁰ 18.397’N / 103⁰ 56.304’E
4. 01⁰ 18.421’N / 103⁰ 56.296’E
The improvement works will be carried out from shore.
When in the vicinity of the working area, mariners are reminded to:
a) Keep well clear of the working area;
b) Maintain a proper lookout;
c) Proceed at a safe speed and to navigate with caution;
d) Maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 12 (East Control);
and
e) Communicate with East Control on VHF Channel 12 for assistance, if required.
