From 15 February to 14 August, works to improve the Bayshore Park outlet drain will be carried out.
According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No.001 of 2021 dated 11 January 2021, the work will be conducted between 0800–1900 hours, Monday to Saturday, within the working area bounded by the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
1) 01⁰ 18.428’N / 103⁰ 56.315’E
2) 01⁰ 18.404’N / 103⁰ 56.324’E
3) 01⁰ 18.397’N / 103⁰ 56.304’E
4) 01⁰ 18.421’N / 103⁰ 56.296’E
The improvement works will be carried out from shore.
When in the vicinity of the working area, mariners are reminded to:
a) Keep well clear of the working area;
b) Maintain a proper lookout;
c) Proceed at a safe speed and to navigate with caution;
d) Maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 12 (East Control);
and
e) Communicate with East Control on VHF Channel 12 for assistance, if required.
