The implementation date for the Johor Port Authority (Pasir Gudang Port) (Scale Of Charges) (Amendment) By-Laws 2021 [P.U.(A) 357/2021] shall commence on 1 October 2021.
The existing scale of charges shall continue to apply until 30 September 2021.
