Hub status downgraded due to weather conditions

Following a weather assessment which showed conditions were unfavourable for berthing at offshore platforms, the status of Buckeye Bahamas Hub was downgraded to Restricted last night (11 December).

According to the latest weather forecast released for today, winds may gust from 30-35 knots, with 4-6 ft swells. Buckeye Bahamas Hub terminal port is currently closed with all OPL activities being suspended until improvement of weather conditions.

Litwathon Terminal is open. Weather conditions are being monitored for STS operations offshore Freeport.

Adverse marine conditions could be experienced until Saturday.
