On the day of arrival of vessel at OT-II, the draft of third lock vessel will be restricted to 7,2m irrespective of length.

On the day of arrival of a vessel at OT-II, the second outward vessel from Haldia Dock shall sail out 30 minutes before high water Sagar.

Inward Pilot of last dock arrival will disembark at Haldia Approach Jetty and the vessel to be taken inside lock by the ADM and DP on duty so as to ensure availability of more River Pilots for next day.

In view of recent difficulties faced by Pilots due to thick fog, the draft for third dock arrival for night tide will be restricted to 7.2m, irrespective of length. This restriction will be reviewed on 25 February 2023.

Departure time for first outward from Haldia Dock will be scheduled at 15 minutes prior to low water Diamond Harbour time on days with bore range at Garden Reach. The next departure time will be followed accordingly and on other days present practice will follow.
