Further industrial action has been announced for Qube Ports in Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Port Kembla and Melbourne & Adelaide, from 20 December.
ADELAIDE
1. 8-hour stoppage from when the vessel ties up at the berth.
2. Only 8-hour shifts to be worked.
3. Work only to commence at 0700, 1500 and 2300.
4. No shift extensions.
5. Ban on shift pre-starts.
6. No work during meal or other breaks.
7. Once start time is ordered, no variation to that start time will be accepted.
8. No call-ins outside of allocated shifts will be accepted.
9. No transfer between berths or sites once allocated to work.
10. 1-hour work stoppage each day at 0330,1130 and 1930, commencing 0330 Thursday 26 December. (New)
BRISBANE
1. 8-hour stoppage from when the vessel ties up at the berth.
2. Only 8-hour shifts to be worked.
3. Work only to commence at 0700, 1500 and 2300.
4. No shift extensions.
5. Ban on shift pre-starts.
6. No work during meal or other breaks.
7. Once start time is ordered, no variation to that start time will be accepted.
8. No call-ins outside of allocated shifts will be accepted.
9. Ban on the performance of Grade 5, 6 and/or 7 upgrade work.
10. Will only drive up to 15km/h on the wharf for PCC/RoRo ops.
11. No transfer between berths and sites once allocated to work.
12. No use of personal phones for work purposes whilst on shift.
13. Work stoppage between 2300 and 0700 starting on 27 December and ending on 3 January (New)|
14. Work stoppage from 2300 to 0700 starting on 20 December and ending on 22 January. (New)
15. 1-hour work stoppage at 0530, 0730,1330, 1530, 2130, 2330 on 21, 22, 28 & 29 December. (New)
