Calling priority for Butadiene loading tanker vessels at Haldia Dock Complex Berth-16 (0) (Erstwhile HOJ-I) has been extended.
This is at par with Crude, Liquid Ammonia, LPG and Naphtha vessels, after waiting 48 hours since arrival or readiness to load cargo, whichever is latest.
The priority is to be accorded on payment of Wharfage against actual quantity of 10,000 MT, whichever is higher, as well as payment of priority berthing charges.
The priority scheme is now valid until 15 May 2024 or until implementation of new calling/sailing norms, whichever is earlier provided by Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd completes the pipeline laying work at OT-II for Benzene and Nitrogen by October 2023, failing which the scheme will be rescinded.
