Establishment of Restricted Area north off Hong Kong Museum of Art

A Restricted Area will be established on 29 and 30 November 2023 from 1800 hours to 2200 hours, in Victoria Harbour off the Hong Kong Museum of Art to facilitate a drone performance.

The Restricted Area is formed by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (E) and the adjacent shoreline:
(A) 22〫17.580’N / 114〫10.247’E
(B) 22〫17.572’N / 114〫10.246’E
(C) 22〫17.518’N / 114〫10.285’E
(D) 22〫17.508’N / 114〫10.430’E
(E) 22〫17.573’N / 114〫10.424’E

Three yellow marker buoys fitted with yellow flashing lights will be laid at co-ordinates (B) to (D) to indicate the boundary of the Restricted Area.

During the aforementioned period, no vessels, other than Government launches or vessels engaged in the said event, will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area. Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of all vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area.
