A Restricted Area will be established from 0900 hours on 24 February to 2000 hours on 2 March at waters off the west of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre for the preparation works and swimming races of the 15th National Games Triathlon Test Event.
The Restricted Area is bounded by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (C) and the adjacent shoreline:
(A) 22° 16.992’N / 114° 10.051’E
(B) 22° 17.150’N / 114° 10.067’E
(C) 22° 17.084’N / 114° 10.346’E
During the aforementioned period, the landing steps of Wan Chai Bypass Landing No. 1 to No. 4 will be temporarily closed. Owners and coxswains of vessels are advised to use other landing facilities in the vicinity during the period of closure. Other than Government launches or vessels engaged in the said activity, no vessels will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area.
Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of all vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area.
